I was raised on a steady diet of Star Wars, Dungeons & Dragons, fantasy, and science fiction. Creativity was always in the air, thanks to my artistically inclined parents, and I naturally gravitated toward becoming an artist myself.

I found my calling in the game industry, where I was lucky enough to turn my passion into a full-time career. For many years, I thrived as a game artist, immersed in building worlds and telling stories visually. Over time, as I worked through countless projects and the unique challenges they brought, I found myself drawn more toward solving production problems and improving workflows. I discovered that by stepping back, analyzing systems, and making proactive changes, I could impact projects on a larger scale.

That shift led me into production roles, and I’ve been blending creative leadership with production management ever since. Even when I'm in a creative role, I always have my "producer hat" on—thinking about timelines, task tracking, and how to help the team work smarter.

Most recently, I transitioned into the government contracting world, building a high-performing internal team focused on immersive development and VR experiences for multiple federal agencies. We operated like a game studio inside a government org: fast, agile, and self-contained. It was a rewarding way to apply everything I’ve learned from decades in games to meaningful, real-world challenges. I helped create, and was rewarded, with a team whom I loved working with.

I’ve spent my entire adult life in this industry, and it’s what I know best. Whether you're building a game, launching a new product, or assembling a team from scratch, I bring deep experience, cross-disciplinary insight, and a love for solving creative problems.
