Afterburner: Black Falcon

Afterburner: Black Falcon was a PSP game made for SEGA by Planet Moon. We had an incredibly fun time making this game. I made a great deal of the jets and more than half of the landscapes. I created all art tasks and reviewed and approved all artwork. I broke my hand at the end of this project and had to learn how to delegate.

  • Created entire art content pipeline and set up all art assets for art team finalizing. in other words I made everything placeholder first pass so that the game could be playtested and work, as each artist completed each section in parallel.

  • Implemented modular level art production technique that enabled an endless corridor of landscapes for jet fighter game.

  • Requested the band Trans Am to provide soundtrack. ( my friend was dating the guitar player who later she married and now they have two almost grown children )
